\nWith more than three decades of experience spanning investment banking, private equity, hedge funds, and strategic capital formation, Ms. Corrigan has built a career at the intersection of capital, relationships, and long-term value creation. Prior to founding The Black Collective, she served as Senior Vice President at D. E. Shaw & Co., where she was a member of the Investor Relations team and led family office fundraising efforts from 2005 to 2016.
\nEarlier in her career, Ms. Corrigan was a Managing Director and Partner at The Taylor Companies, where she oversaw marketing and client service activities, and a Vice President at The Carlyle Group, where she helped build the firm’s client efforts within the U.S. high-net-worth and family office market. She began her career in investment banking at Merrill Lynch and Salomon Smith Barney, working in the global energy and power and mergers and acquisitions divisions.
\nMs. Corrigan graduated cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania with a degree in International Relations and received her M.B.A. from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business.She lives in Tuxedo Park, New York with her two daughters.
